The cellar

In 1999 we finish the reconstruction of an old house “pairal” that will be rehabilitated with functionality and modern technologies of vinification, to turn it into the new Celler of the Encastell.

In 2010 we expanded with an upper floor, where we receive the grapes and vinify them. In the heart of the winery and against the mother rock of the mountain the barrels stack up – Allier French oak, coming from the best French tapas – where our precious wines ferment and rest.
